• Our products:
Our recipes are primarily design to be eaten in an ambient temperature. However some will be offered with a main dish microwavable. Caution the product can be then very hot.
All products must be consumed within 2-3 hours after delivery. However all our products can be kept in the refrigerator beyond 2-3 hours for later use (no more than 6 hours).
We suggest you remove the trays and / or Lunch en Boite from cold storage between 30 min and 45 min before consumption, for better use and conservation of flavors.
Thank you to respect the conservation conditions and the use-by date on the package.
MON CHEF NY cannot be held responsible if the customer doesn’t follow our conservation and consumption advices.

• How to order:
Orders will be made through our website: www.monchefny.com or by email/phone for our customers which has an account with us.
All the products offered by MON CHEF NY must be ordered no later than the working day before 7:30 pm.
There is a minimum order of 5 items (boîtes or trays) per delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of the information given on the order, MON CHEF NY cannot be held responsible for an error committed by the customer.
In case of dispute, electronic signature and / or order sealed reported is referent.
For all orders, it’s mandatory that you notify us in writing if the people who wants to enjoy our products have food allergies or some dietary issues, in default of this report, MON CHEF NY cannot be held responsible.
To cancel or change an order, it is mandatory to communicate with our services at 3476069490 or 3474307309 and then confirm by email (email@example.com) this change. Any order can be canceled or modified no later than the working day prior delivery before 9:00 pm. We will then refund the entire order.
Any order that cancel the same day as the delivery, will be held responsible for 100% of the cost of the order, if so an automatic billing of your entire order will be created by MON CHEF NY.

Any error or delay cannot be attributed to MON CHEF NY, in the case of misinformation, or incomplete information, and problems out of our control.
If the redirection commands to a second delivery address, delivery charges will be charged extra.
We recommend all our customers to check their orders on arrival with the driver, MON CHEF NY will only take into account the notifications made at the time of delivery and placed on the delivery note duly.
For hygiene reasons, no merchandise may be returned or exchanged.
Deliveries are made according rounds; there’s indicatively a time slot of 1,5 hours prior your scheduled time.
MON CHEF NY cannot be held responsible for delays due to exceptional circumstances.
For the moment, no deliveries on weekends and holidays.
• Methods of Payment:
Any order placed on the Internet must be paid in full by credit card unless prior agreement with MON CHEF NY for customers account with deferred payment.
The method and timing of payment for customer accounts will be reviewed and approved by MON CHEF NY.
The customer must take account of administrative delays specific to the mode of payment used.
Failure to pay an invoice by the due date will result in the accrual of all other amounts due to MON CHEF NY when placing orders.
MON CHEF NY, will add interest on late payment on unpaid invoices according to the United States Finance rules.
